She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses White and Emma White (Hunt); her son Robert E. Willis Jr.; her grandson Blaine McKinley Clark; and her siblings, Ashby White, Arlisher Johnson (White), Annete Johnson (White), Nathaniel White, Ulysses White, James White and Willie Mae Lemon.
She is survived by: her grandson James II; her daughters, Ruth Woods, Bathsheba Willis and Veronica Willis-Knight; and her grandchildren, Giovanni Willis, Yusuf Woods, Tomara Fallen, Racha Taylor, Raja Taylor and James A. Knight II. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and countless adopted grandchildren.
