She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fallon and Margaret Fallon (Corkery); the father of her children Michael R. Self; her sister Majorie Fallon Gallagher; her brother-in-law Jack Gallagher; and her uncle Thomas Corkery.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Frank; her daughters, Michelle M. Self and Danielle Self Bitar; her son-in-law Matt Bitar; her grandchildren, Elias, Daulton, Van Mitchell, Michael Bitar, Devin and Biz Bitar (Elizabeth); her pet Bandit; and her close friend Olivia Thayer (Del Webb). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Villa (16485 Del Webb Pkwy, Fishers, IN 46037).
