He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Van Dyke and Stella A. Van Dyke (Iverson); and his cousin Pete Stenehjem (Sally). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Ellen Van Dyke (Mick); his children, Amy Lynn Mallery (Chris) and Eric Douglas Van Dyke; and his granddaughters, Scarlett and Stella Mallery.
