He is survived by: his wife Donna Lou Brown (Helm) of Fishers, IN; his children, Dean (Candace) and Deanna Lynn Lewis (Brian) of Fortville, IN; his grandchildren, Emily Henrichs (Tyler) of Indianapolis, IN, Megan Pohlgeers (Nick) of Columbus, GA and Matthew Brian Lewis of Indianapolis, IN; his stepgrandchildren, Kelly (Matthew) and Aaron Everhart of Hartford City, IN; his great grandchild Holden Wilson; and his siblings, Dennis Brown (Doris) of Montpelier, IN and Shirley Mildred Ann (James).
