She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Asbury and Alta Asbury (Hedger); her husband Owen M. Hurst; and her siblings, Bob Asbury, Bud Asbury, Rosemary Bilyeu, Betty Sharpless and Almeda Jones.

She is survived by: her son Jon Hurst of Fishers; and her siblings, Bill Asbury (Judy) of Zionsville and Cynthia Asbury of Carmel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
