He is survived by: his parents, Danny W. Zook and Janelle Lea (Quate); his siblings, Dustin Zook (Sarah), Erica Hornback (Michael II) and Megan McKibben; and his nieces and nephews, Dalton, Demi, Adrienne, Cameron and Michael III. He is also survived by several family members and friends.
