He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Conrad (Bush) and Glen Conrad; his sisters, Peggy Hughes (Sam), Jeannie Wrede and Glenda Haines (Bill); and his son Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Conrad (Blickenstaff); his sister Patty Marshall (Conrad) of Perrysville; his children, Erin Conrad of Fishers, Lauren Wilson (Andy) of Fishers, David Conrad (Diane) of Brownsburg and Debby Dengel of Whitestown; and his grandchildren, Blake, Connor, Jaylen, Marin, Joshua, Kylie, Lila, Jackson and Ellie. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
