He is survived by: his wife Debra Chamberlain of Fischers, IN; his daughters, Heather Chaykowski, Ashley Witt (Craig) and Alexandra Chamberlain (Jordan Alexander); his grandsons, Ryder, Crew Witt and Charles Theodore "Theo" Alexander; his siblings, Mary Walercyzk, Peggy Williams, Cathy Chamberlain, Dave, Red, Tom, Rick, Bob, Mike and Dan Chamberlain; and his brother-in-law Howard Seligmann.
