He is survived by: his wife Catherine Phares; his daughters, Desiree Perry, Dawn Ruffer (Jason) and Danielle Bowman (Richard); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Braxton, Justine, Makenna and Cassidy; and his siblings, Robert Perry (Laura), Chris Perry (Teri), Ed Perry (Cheryl), Mike Perry (Patty), Mary Swanson (Steve), Teresa Henry (Mike), Kathy Huser (Terry) and Julie Phelan (Joe).
