He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Stacy and Clara Mae Lindon; and his granddaughter Betsy Stacy. He is survived by: his wife Juanita K. Elam; and his children, Arlie Jr. (Jessica) of Dayton, NV, Donna M. Youngs (Joe) of Indianapolis, IN, Todd W. Stacy (Pam) of Fishers, IN and John P. Stacy (Michelle) of Oneida, TN.. He is also survived by his children, 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Heartland Church (14900 126th St, Fishers, IN 46037). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Philadelphia Cemetery.
