It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Stefano (Fish Lake, Indiana), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Carolyn Stefano (Doms); her children, Brooke Forrester (Sarah Kush) of Pueblo, CO, Holly Dudley (Jon) of La Porte and Jeremy Forrester of La Porte; her grandchildren, Weston and Remi; and her father George Stefano.
