He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Church and Deveril Church (Wroughton); and his wife Jeane A. Church. He is survived by: his children, Rick Church of Las Vegas, Nevada and Julie Parker (Kevin) of Fillmore; and his grandchildren, Jake Spray of Fillmore, Emily Spray of Danville and Josie Spray of Mooresville.
