He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lowe and Evelyn Lowe (Hamilton); and his sister-in-law Jackie Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lowe (Cross); his children, Michele Morgan (James), Shawna Brown (Aaron), Jason Lowe (Rebecca) and Amanda Lowe; and his siblings, Annette Bradley (Vernie), Larrie Lowe and Terry Lowe (Barbara). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
