It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Sparks of Fillmore, Indiana, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her boyfriend John Blaydoe; and her daughter Kimberly M. Jordan. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Sparks (Amy) and James B. Sparks; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Sparks, Kimber Speicher, Dezarei Sutherland and Jen Sparks. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
