He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Schuler of Ferdinand; his sons, Adam Hoffman (Kathy) of Troy and Jes Hoffman (Elizabeth) of Holland; his grandson Cole Hoffman; and his sisters, Brenda Miller of Jasper and Michelle Schmitt of Indianapolis.
