With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roman B. Tempel of Ferdinand, Indiana, who passed away on September 12, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tempel and Sophia Tempel (Fleck); and his brothers, Joe, Charles, Jerome, Hubert, Leo, Albert, Dennis and Gilbert Tempel.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Tempel; his children, JoRene Richard of Ferdinand, Rebecca Hedinger of Ferdinand, Michelle Brockman of St. Meinrad, Cindy Faulkenberg (Terry) of St. Meinrad, Cheryl Childress (Bobby) of St. Henry, Karen Franchville (Larry) of Bandon, Sharon Jones (Joe) of English, LeRay Tempel (Clara) of St. Meinrad, Paul Tempel (Julie) of Huntingburg and Jeff Tempel (Tracy) of Ferdinand; his sisters, Frances Krampe of Ferdinand and Marie Tempel; and his sons-in-law, Mike Richard, Dennis Hedinger and Mark Brockman.
