He was predeceased by: his parents, Othmar Demuth and Emmogene Demuth (Wendholt); his brother James Demuth; and his brothers-in-law, Norb Nordhoff and Hilbert Gogel.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Demuth; his daughters, Stacy Rasche (Jarrod) of Ferdinand and Lisa Gogel (Brad) of Ferdinand; his grandchildren, Carly, Nora, Sophie Rasche, Emma Jamniczky, Corbin and Layla Gogel; his siblings, Pat Nordhoff of Ferdinand, Angie Gogel of Mariah Hill, Bob Demuth (Shirley) of Ferdinand, John Demuth of Ferdinand and Charlie Demuth (Martha) of St. Meinrad; his mother-in-law Bernice Buechler of Ferdinand; his siblings-in-law, Georgia Rahman (Alan), Gloria Rahman (Eddie) of Ferdinand, Larry Buechler (Kim) and Danny Buechler (Brenda) of Ferdinand; his stepmother Dorothy Demuth of St. Henry; his stepbrother Mike Edele (Glenda) of St. Henry; his father-in-law Bernard Buechler; and his niece Kelly Buechler.
