He was predeceased by: his parents, James N. Oeding and Margaret Aleen Oeding (Bromm). He is survived by: his children, Emily Oeding of Ferdinand and Cole Oeding of St. Meinrad; and his siblings, Susie Berg (Aaron) of Ferdinand and Steven Oeding of Ferdinand.
