Leo A. Wahl Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo A. Wahl of Ferdinand, Indiana, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wahl and Ruth Wahl (Springston); his former wife Barbara McDaniel; his sons, Scott and Terry Wahl; and his siblings, Albert, Carl, Bernard, Andrew, Russel Wahl, Catherine Memmer, Mary Tormohlen and Mildred Memmer.
He is survived by: his wife Edwina Wahl; and his children, Chris Wahl (Tina) of Ferdinand, Steve Wahl (Kim) of Evansville, Lea Ann Olinger (Jan) of Jasper and Donna Ernst (David A.) of Jasper. He is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Ferdinand Parish, Sisters of St. Benedict, Saint Meinrad Arch-Abbey or a favorite charity.
