With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James O. Dilger of Ferdinand, Indiana, who passed away on June 5, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Dilger and Phyllis Dilger (Danhauer); and his siblings, Alvin, Dennis, Herb and Emogene.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene V. Recker (Recker); his sons, Randy and Gregory Dilger of Scottsburg; his daughter-in-law Jessica of Scottsburg; his grandchildren, Brittney, Bethany, Kathlyn and Gregory Jr.; his stepson Derreck; his great grandchild Renee; his siblings, Bill of Huntingburg, Leon (Doris), Larry (Janet) of Mariah Hill, Earl (Shirley), Maria and Sandy of Mariah Hill; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Gogel (Janie), Lucille Recker of Ferdinand, Ruth Dilger of Tell City, Sandy Dilger of Santa Claus and Janie Dilger of Mariah Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
