He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Jochum and Emma Jochum (Brinkman); and his siblings, Mary Emma Jochum, Bernice Stalbaum, Mary Ann Jochum, David and James Jochum.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jochum of Ferdinand; his son Nathan Jochum (Ashley Kiefer) of Owensboro; and his siblings, Joann Spilly of Louisville, Darlene Jerger of Jasper, Emma Jean Haynes (Ronnie) of Louiville, Lucy Estabrook of Jasper, Julie Balbach (Ken) of Evansville, Kathy Jochum of Arizona and Otto Jr. Jochum (Diana) of Ferdiand. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
