He was predeceased by: his son David Niehaus; and his siblings, Delores Wagner, Edward and Albert A. Niehaus. He is survived by: his children, Donna May (Patrick) of Owensboro and Bill Niehaus (Darla) of Ferdinand. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
