She was predeceased by: her parents, William Merkley and Susan Merkley (Hudson); her husband Jerry Ray Myers; and her brothers, Edward, Herman "Bud", Raymond "Gary" and David Merkley.

She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Harris (John) of Otwell; and her sisters, Terry Alexander (Warren) and Darlene VanHoosier.
