He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Russell and Jenny Willen (Wilson); his former wife Donna Willen; his children, Joyce Rodgers (Dan) of Farmland, IN, Marcy Yuknavage (Brian) of Farmland, IN, Jeannie Willen of Farmland, IN, William Willen, Jr. (Jenna) of North Carolina and Jeffery Willen (Dawn) of Farmland, IN; his stepchildren, Brenda Layne (Randy) of Muncie, IN, Paul Helm of Brookville, IN, Debi Bear (Ron) of Parker City, IN and Bonita Arnett of Windsor, IN; and his wife Leatha. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and three siblings.
Due to the concerns surrounding Covid-19, the family has elected to have private services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Farmland Volunteer Fire Department.
