He is survived by : his mother Georgia Hart; his sisters, Kathy Hutson (Charles), Jennifer Jellison (Michael) and Kelly Boyce (Lonnie); his stepbrother Michael Hart (Kaye); his niece Kristi Barnes (James); his caregivers, Randy and Tammy Bousman; and his godson Trever Garrison. He is also survived by several cousins, and a multitude of friends.
