She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cook and Mary Cook (Dennis); her husband Hobart; and her siblings, Beverly Oren Cook and Evelyn Richards.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Collins (Julie) of Bloomington, IN and Melanie Collins (Claire Scheele) of Martinsville, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
