It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Johnson Sr. (Farmland, Indiana), born in Hartford City, Indiana, who passed away on January 17, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Johnson and Grace V. Johnson (Augspurger); his sister Joyce Kemp; his wife Betty; and his son Daniel.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Sue Gray of Hagerstown, IN, Joseph Johnson, Jr. (Melvin), Lauri Dingus of Muncie, IN, Cindy Pitman of Farmland, IN, Sandy Deady (Robert) of Losantville, IN, James Johnson of Farmland, IN and Donald Johnson (Mariah) of Muncie; and his sister Barbara Pettigrew of Demming, NM. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
