He is survived by: his wife Betty JoAnn Hammers (Mays); his children, Jeffrey Gene Hammers, Lori Rae Lyons and Julayne Ann Joseph; his siblings, Terry Hammers of Redkey, IN and Jayne Cox of Hudson, FL; his grandchildren, Jennifer Weaver, Jason Hammers, Jordan Hammers, Jacqueline Rinard, Sara Lyons, Jacob "Jake" Joseph, Molly Joseph, Ike Joseph and Grace Joseph; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Lilly, Zach and Evelyn.
