He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jones and Janet Jones (Hayes); and his brother Warren Jones. He is survived by: his children, Chrissy Smith (Jason), Jason Duncan (Angie Truman), Kippard Dean Jones and Bethany Jones; his grandchildren, Emmitt Smith, Holden Smith, Paisley Cheever and Magnolia Myers; and his siblings, Gaylynn Webster (Randy), Mary Shirley (Craig) and Billy Jones (Angel). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He loved to ride his motorcycle and participated in as many charity rides as he could.
