It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Frakes (Farmersburg, Indiana), born in Sullivan, Indiana, who passed away on October 22, 2018, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Frakes and Polly Ann Frakes (Hampton); her son Michael Wayne Copeland; and her siblings, Jimmy Frakes and Linda Frakes.
She is survived by: her children, Justin Copeland (Melissa) and Kristin Copeland; her siblings, Larry Frakes, Terry Frakes, William Frakes, Jane Hendrickson, Rita Thomas and Cathy Elkins; her grandchildren, Caleigh Reed, Emmitt Copeland and Scarlett Copeland; and also Mike Copeland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
