He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Frakes and Polly Frakes (Hampton). He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Gurchiek; his children, Jamie Cornwell, Shawnee Hunley (Dickson) and Jeffery Frakes; his granddaughters, Jessica Adams (David), Sara Cornwell, Tara Meek (Cody), Megan Tolbert (Dustin) and BreAnna Hauser; and his siblings, Jane Hendrickson, Rita Thomas, Cathy Frakes and Bill Frakes. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
