She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Dennis and Opal Shoemaker Dennis; her husband Harry Gaskins; her son Michael Gaskins; her son-in-law Mike Johnson; and her brother-in-law Lester Swearingen.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Gaskins (Rose Ann) of Farmersburg, Richard Gaskins (Carol) of Sullivan and Margaret Johnson of Farmersburg; and her sisters, Pat Barbour (Gene) of Erlanger and Delores Swearingen of Brazil. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the Farmersburg Friends of the Park or the Sullivan County Humane Society.
