He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Frakes and Joy Frakes; and his half-brother Michael Pierce. He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Ridge (Steve), Doreen Ridge (Dick) and Melinda Ridge (Jack); and his half-brothers, Alvin (Bobbi Jo) and Larry Hayne (Thelma). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking to donate towards cremation costs.
