It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Buckner of Farmersburg, Indiana, born in Paris, Illinois, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Wendell Buckner and Martha Millhouse Buckner; his former wife Nancy Jean Bumpus Buckner; his brother Ronald Gerome Buckner; and his aunt Catherine Findley.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Zabik Buckner; his children, Elise Pratt (John) and Timothy Buckner; his stepdaughter Sherry Wood (Greg); his grandson Wesley Curt Pratt; and his stepgrandchildren, Emily and Aaron Nehls.

In lieu of flowers the family please asks that donation be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Samaritan's Purse.
