He is survived by: his child Keith; his wife Mary Ann Kreider of Farmersburg, Indiana; his children, Kevin L. Kreider (Rosanna), Pamela K. Thompson and Debra A. Burton (Joe); his brother Donald R. Kreider (Judy); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hicks, Cortney Rockwood and Colin Kreider.
