He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Brooks and Gertie Musgrove Brooks; and his brothers-in-law, Gregory Porter and Ted Blair. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Brooks; his sisters, Doris Crone (Richard), Donna Doyle (Bill), Deborah Porter and Donita Sue Blair; and his pets, Ruby and Ballerina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Gibson Hospice and Hospice of the Wabash Valley.
