He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Ivy and Ozell Mcknight Ivy; his son Mark Ivy; and his sister Doris Harwick. He is survived by: his wife Susan Wenman Ivy; his sons, Phillip Ivy (Brenda) and Lyndale Ivy; and his stepchildren, Carlton Pinkston (Sheryl), Dan Pinkston (Cathe), Sherilynn Mahan (Dan) and Sarah Forbes (James). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild as well as nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hymera First Baptist Church (402 E Jackson St, Shelburn, IN 47855). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
