She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Ray and Mila Payne (Guthrie); her husband Donald Ray Metzger; and her siblings, Frank, Clyde, Charles Payne, Fern Rankin and Nadine Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Metzger (Tina) of San Diego and Kris Metzger (Jessica); her grandchildren, Joy Metzger, Jason Metzger (Michelle) and Jean Koneval (Mik); and her niece Linda Gibson (Dale) of Alexandria. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
