He is survived by: his wife Norma Louise Cash; his daughters, Susan (John Miller), Sandra (Don Myers) and Sonya Mullins (Monty); his grandchildren, Katelyn Earnest (Trent Morgan), Andrew Miller (Lauren), Hunter Myers (Courtney), Lindsay Jensen (Jake) and Tommy Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Nora, Henry, Quinn, Abigail, Naomi and Luke.
