She was predeceased by: her parent Melvin R. Blackburn. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Blackburn of Fairmount; her children, Amanda Carey and Marshall Carey; her siblings, Melvin Blackburn (Debbie), Jeff Blackburn (Lori) and Randy Blackburn (Lynn); her uncles, Bonnie Holloway, Bill Holder, Diane Ancil, Jim Blackburn, Linda Burgan, Brenda Blackburn and Ourka Blackburn; and her nephew Geoffrey Kirk Blackburn. She is also survived by 2 nieces, a nephew, and several cousins She was preceded in death by her father.
