He was predeceased by: his father Robert Woodruff; and his brother Roger Woodruff. He is survived by: his mother Mary Woodruff; his wife Joyce Woodruff; his children, Lora West (Dale), Robyn Elliott (Andrew) and Steve Woodruff II (Teresa); his grandchildren, Christian, Luke, Collin, Mariah Elliott, Grace, Lilli Woodruff, Kelli Paxitzis (Kris), Jennifer Brislen (Caleb), Mary Evans (Jason) and Matt Myers (Christina); and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Mackenzie, Raiden Brislen, Lyla and Max Paxitzis.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral costs can be made to Joyce Woodruff.
