It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Gephart of Fairmount, Indiana, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. Winslow and Elizabeth J. Winslow (Farmer). She is survived by: her children, Kent Hayes of Fairmount and Amy Hayes of Fairmount; her grandchildren, Haley Hayes, Colton Hayes and Bryce Hayes; her great grandchildren, Kamille Eck, Keegan and Kendal Hayes; her sister Vickie Little (Dave); and her nephews, Mark and Scott Little (Missy).
