It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip L. Bays Sr. (Fairmount, Indiana), who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Morris Bays and Tisha Bays (Bowling); his former wife Thelma Brown; his children, Phillip Jr. and Donna Bays; his brothers, Woody and Ernie Bays; his granddaughter Missi; his fiancée Mary Harkins; and his pet Benji.
