She is survived by: her husband Allen Smith; her children, William Eads (Michelle) of Fairmount and Amber D. Mechling of Marion; her siblings, Charles T. Blanton, Jr., Greg A. Blanton and Tina R. Blanton-Lizar (Bruce); her grandchildren, Cole Sloderbeck (Bridgette Clark), William B. Eads (Bethani), Taelor Eads, Abigail Eads and Olivia Mechling; her great grandchildren, Barrett Eads and Lincoln A. Wilson; her aunt Mary Jo Wickham; her niece Emilee Lizar; her nephew Phillip Lizar; her mother-in-law Betty Smith (Shelly Hazlett); and her siblings-in-law, Tamara Smith and Jeff Smith.
