He is survived by: his fiancée Lisa Warden; his children, Latasha Hollingsworth (Andrew) of Fairmount, IN, Aaron Gabbard, Chris Gabbard (Chenelle Norton) of Marion, IN, Dakota Warden and Chelsey Wright (Jonny); his siblings, Sandra Bailey, Mike Lyons (Carm), Jim Havens, Carolyn McCulley and Paul Gabbard; his grandchildren, Cambrea Lewis, Corbin Hollingsworth, Laykin Lewis, Brielle Hollingsworth, Avalea Gabbard, Caden Gabbard, Jacob Gabbard, James Gabbard, Logan Gabbard and Caleb Gabbard; and his cousins, Mike Alexander and Jimmy Kellems.
