He is survived by: his wife Christina Johnson (Snyder); his children, Angela Pasqua (John) of Jacksonville, FL, Paula Voltz (Chuck) of O'Fallon, MO and John Johnson (Pamela Wu); and his grandchildren, Sarah Voltz, Lauren Pasqua, Emily Pasqua, Spencer Voltz and Hunter Johnson.
