She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Craig (Curless) of Marion; her husbands, James R. Ellingwood and William Wharton; and her granddaughter Chelsey Sokol. She is survived by: her siblings, Jane Carpenter (John) and Gene Wimmer (late Roberta); her half-sister Sue Wesco (Ed); her children, Cindy Bishop (Ted), Franklin, Brent Ellingwood (Elisabeth) and Angie Sokol (Dennis); and her great grandchildren, Ashely Davidson (Ted), Reid, Remy, Franklin, Ambry Santillo (Tony) of Boonton, NJ, Kathryn Yates (David), Annie, Andrew, Marcus Ellingwood (Sara), Owen of Ypsilanti, MI, Maria Crocker (Alex), Valerie, Britney Pollack (Tom), Connor, Henry, Eliza of Saint Augustine, FL, Lindsay Christman (Travis), Jace, Wren and Mackenzie Sokol. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
