He was predeceased by: his parents, Burr Haisley and Anna Haisley; his sister Doris Ann Haisley; and his grandson Daniel Stephens (Brooke). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Haisley; his daughters, Brenda Shaffer of Fairmount and Kelly Pollen (Mike) of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Stephanie Stephens, Jeremy Pollen (Angel), Stacy Pollen (Andrew Moroney) and Cory Pollen (Emily); his great grandchild Jovi Pollen; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lucas Darnell and Mia Shuler; his brother Charles Haisley (Ethel) of Fairmount; and also Muffin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
