He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Lewis and Effie Lewis (Houston); his wife Glendora Fern Eccles; his siblings, Doyle Lewis, Lester "Gene" Lewis, Jim Dickey and Nancy Leach; and his granddaughter Casey Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, David Lewis (Lisa), Seymour, Debra Mullins (Tony), Elwood, Bobbie Jo Wheadon of Bassville, MS and Todd Lewis; his grandchildren, Brandi Hutchinson (Sam), Courtney Lewis, Bobby Lewis, Carianne Ward (Kevin), Cody Mullins (Mary), Shana Gale (Dietrick), Jeremy Wheadon, Tiffany Lewis and Erica Lewis; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Tavon, Jayden, Kassandra, Hayliana and Bryson; and his sister Thelma Markland. He is also survived by five children, ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
