She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Fields and Ruby Fields (Dixon); her husband John Edgar Corder; her daughter-in-law Barbara Corder; and her siblings, George M. Fields, Joyce Whitaker and Louise Fields.
She is survived by: her sons, Gene Anthony Corder of Fairland and Edgar Wayne Corder of Fairland; her siblings, James R. "Bob" Fields (Roxie) of Hendersonville and Elizabeth Ann Wise (Ben) of Lexington, Kentucky; and her grandson Michael Anthony Corder. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
